Thank you Stacy. I love this house. Joie wanted our other home that we bought from the Church. I really didn't want it. It was nice, but needed a lot of foundation and structure work. This one only needs cosmetic work. 3 of the rooms have to have the floors sanded and varnished and one bathroom (master) has to be redone. Other than that (sounds like more than it is), this is an awesome home!! I love it! Better than anywhere I have lived in YEARS!! You'll have to send me some pics of your home like this one. I'd love to see it. I love these older style homes!! Have a great day my friend and be blessed! WE have to plan another Montgomery dinner soon!!! Maybe after I get back from Minnesota!?

MOntgomery Dinner sounds good. Our other home was my husbands parents house that he grew up in. We inherited it in January. I will send a pic. It was built in the 50's.
