I was walking past the psyche hospital when I heard a group of patients chanting loudly "13-13-13" Stricken by what was going own, I decided to peep over the fence but realized it was too high. So I noticed a small hole between two of the fence planks. I lean up to the fence and placed my eye against the fence hole. THEN SOMEONE POKED ME IN THE EYE WITH A STICK. Then the group began to chant, "14-14-14".
