I do remember when it snowed 28 inches, BUT I was actually living in Oklahoma at the time. My dad got into a car accident that night!! I work at a hospital in Robbinsdale!!
we delivered the star tribune in that horrible snow, I loved living there though, just a couple hours from "home" we lived around welcome ave....the big overpass was suppose to come close to our house.
