Well, today is Father's Day.  I want to say happy Father's Day to all the Dads on this board.  I know you lurk and have never posted.  I know more of you that rarely post.  From one dad to another, "HAPPY FATHER'S DAY"!  Today is our day of recognition from our Children.  We know they love us, but it sure does feel good to have them wrap their arms around us and tell us "I love you Daddy".   Allison told me yesterday she was going to bring me cereal in bed.  I just laughed so hard.  First of all, I knew she would never wake up w/o me waking her and I wasn't going to do that till I had too, then just the cereal thing.  She knows how much I love Kashi Cereal.  LOL  Next to coffee, my Kashi is THE BOMB!!  LOL  She knew why I was laughing!  Torey is paying for my lunch today and that's so sweet.   I'm listening to Joel Osteen talking about blessing people with their words and sipping on some awesome Maxwell House Coffee.  Sure makes for a GREAT SONday morning!  We'll never know how much a word of encouragement will do.  To all of you, I encourage YOU today to know YOU ARE SPECIAL.  All of you!  I love you all and you have the best SONday of your life!!

Happy Father's Day my dear friend!!!!!  Sounds like you are gonna have a great day.  We are going to church, but Paul is taking John to breakfast before church.  Then we are having a dinner after church for the Father's (and everyone else LOL).  I am making kraut and weinners, cupcakes, angel food cake, strawberries and c.l. lemonade.  This is what my family likes.  We usually all bring something our family will like.  After church, Geni and Sharon will be down to see their daddy and Daniel is getting off work after lunch so he will be here.  We will have a great day for John today.  He deserves it.  You take a break today and have a great day.  We are having Cafe' Sienna this morning.  Love ya!!!!

I mean well!  Although Kashi cereal is higher in protein than most cereals, I still "crash" after I eat it.  Hypoglycemia hits me @ 1 1/2 hours after I eat the cereal.  High protein oatmeal does the same thing.  I am SURE it is the "source" of the protein that does it to me b/c if I eat a meat source protein, I don't crash.

When my family doesn't make it to church we like to get our Word of Knowledge through Joel Osteen, he is a great man!  I like that he talks to you and not yells!  And I dont recal a time that I have seen him actually read from the Bible, he is so intelligent that he has learned the Bible.  Allot of us can recite scriptures but this man KNOWS IT!!!!  He is AWSOME! Have a blessed Sonday and ......................
