I ain't cookin' NOTHING! LOL We still got leftover ribs and veggies in the fridge. Also last night some friends of mine took me out for dinner and I have a huge plate of lasagna and bread left. I wound up eating my salad and a couple bites of lasagna, so Kyle can have either ribs or that. There's always pizza in the freezer and sandwich meat. I just haven't been in the cooking mood much this week and it's hard to cook for just me and Kyle and Jill has been working most evenings and eats at work. Oh well, you never know....I might cook up something if I have a request for it. LOL
I never could get back to sleep. Holly came in ringing the doorbell 90 to nothing when she brought Christian in. Geez, she has a key.... I did manage to get him back to sleep, but no sleep for me. I'm wide awake.
Well, anyways....I'll be interested in what everyone else is cooking......maybe something will inspire me.

Mexican layer casserole here. Super easy. I layer salsa, a couple of torn up flour tortillas, taco meat (ground beef and Taco Bell Seasoning pack - we also like mushrooms in ours), and mexican blend shredded cheese. Repeat layers one more time and back for 30 minutes or so a 400. It was good!
