The $1200 I paid yesterday.... Yeah, it's not any better. As a matter of fact, it's even worse. The temp inside is 84 degrees and that is with the unit on.

Thanks, Debbie. :)
About an hour ago, it felt every bit of that 84 degrees. It felt like there was barely any air blowing from the vents. I called the guy, who told me to switch it to fan instead of auto and it seems to be working a bit better. Hey, we're at 79 now. He is going to come out in the morning , but he said it sounds like it may be the fan ($300 or so)!
I am just so tired of dealing with something I don't even understand. I think J is going to take the morning off, that way he can talk to the guy. I am just praying that we can get this fixed without much more cost.... The whole situation has gotten me down in the dumps.

Who is the guy?? Just curious.. my BIL (brother in law) his Dad owns McCombs heating and air.
Paul. And it's in Morris. So I was just wondering who you used.
Sorry about the trouble. Saying a prayer for you!!
Maybe tommorrow you'll wake up and the fan will work!!! I'm PRAYING!!!

Halleluja! We have air. The repairman replaced the thermostat and that seems to be working.
Julie, I used Glenn Williams of Williams Service Co. He is from Gardendale.
