Can you spare a prayer?

If ya'll could spare a prayer, we sure could use it. We have an expensive decision to make and I am praying that we are doing the right thing. Our central unit is acting up and I have found someone who can replace the damaged part, instead of replacing the entire system (which is what the first company recommended). The cost difference is paying $1200 immediately (for the part), or anywhere from $4200 to $8000 (depending on the type) for a new system that could be financed for up to 5 years. Since everything seems to be okay with the system except for that one part, we are going to scrape together the $1200 and just replace that. I need prayer that this is the right thing to do. We can't afford for this to just be an expensive short-term fix. Just thinking about this is making my stomach hurt!

Prayers said for you my friend. I understand the delima. We currently are w/o our central unit and only have a small window unit in our bedroom. I think I would have died back in the day when there was no AC! The Lord will point you in the right direction!
