The pastures you see is Kyle's brother's FARM!  It's to die for.  Now, that would be MY kinda living!

If my parents and sister were not here we would be somewhere out west like Montana.  I cant leave my Mom.  When i married i only moved 1 mile down the road.  We have a farm too.  Cows.

I didn't post the cows and chickens.  There are about 25 horses out there.  Jill was so tickled to get to pick FRESH EGGS.  I deliberately scared one of the hens and it went flying towards Jill.  'Bout scared the poor girl to death. I cracked up laughing and so did Kyle.  It was so funny to see that chicken trying to fly.  I ran around squawking and flapping my arms just like a chicken.  I had so much fun chasing all the farm animals.  If it weren't for my Daddy, I wouldn't mind moving myself.  I could never leave him either.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

We have cows, rabbits, and chickens, and 2 dogs.  You want a rabbit?  We have 8.  Our hens quit laying eggs for some reason.  Every now and then they will lay one but they eat it.  We had a chicken snake last year and he would crawl up under the hen and wait for an egg.  We took the snake and relocated him.  He found his way back the next day.

We had rabbits when I girls were young.  The neighbor's dogs kept getting into their cages and getting them.  We also had a pet chipmunk that I picked up in the grocery store one time with Holly was just a bitty thing.....yep, you heard me right....The chipmunk at apparently come in on the watermelon truck.  That's where we found him....running around the watermelons in the grocery store floor.  It was a baby one and we had him for the longest time, until a cat got in HIS cage and ate him......it was so sad for all of us.  I guess you can say we ain't much for farm animals.  LOL  I had two baby squirrels once too, but took them off the ho****er bottle too soon and they died.  Their Mama got hit by a car and I took them in.  I was working for a vet at the time and they would stay in the incubator while I worked then I would have to take them home with me at night to feed them every 3 hours.  I thought they were doing so well too, but apparantly they just weren't ready to be off the heat. Geez, girl....get rid of those SNAKES!  I'm skeerd of snakes.

We have to keep the snakes.  THey eat the rats.  Brooks  loves snakes.  He wanted one for his room and i told him no snakes were coming in the house.  If you wanted to hold one go outside and find one to play with outside.  Havent seen any yet.
