All of that sounds good to me.  Especially the restaurant across the street.  hee hee!!!  Just the thought of not  having to cook sounds awesome.  I bought stuff to make chili dogs one day this week, so I'll have at least two nights of ease.  Gotta fix those ribs tomorrow for sure.  Can't afford for them to go bad.

A whole chicken, smoked on wood. It should be really good, it's been brined since Saturday. YUM! Marinated cucumbers to go with it for sure, but not sure what else.

Sounds wonderful.  We must get together for lunch again soon.  Sandi is gone this week, but we could still do lunch one day.  Maybe we could go somewhere Amy is not so well known, so we can have her all to ourselves.  ha ha!! LOVE YOU AMY!!!!!  Oh and please don't let me forget about her surgery on Wednesday.

I'm not at home...so, no cookin' for me!  Jessie did get some home grown squash & zucchini from some elders from church, so she BUGGED Tim into cooking them up tonight with some onion.  That's what she had for supper!    Last I heard, she was tearin' it UP!!!!
