Heartbreaking....kittens

I just saw on the news that a woman set a laundry basket on fire with 6 kittens inside.  They are badly burned.  I had heard about it, but then saw it on the news.  They showed the kittens and they looked so bad.  This is terrible and I can not believe ANYONE would do this!   Makes my heart hurt!

People are sick...they really are.  I am not a HUGE animal lover.  Anyone who knows me, they know that.  I am here to tell you though, I will take an animal in and treat it like a family member though!!!  They need us....they need love just like we do!!!!  I believe we are held accountable as to how we treat animals.  My hubby is the animal lover in our family...he LOVES our pets and would have a HOUSEFULL of animals if I would let him! 

I heard this on the news this morning. I couldn'****ch it. I have no tolerance for anyone who does this kind of thing - I don't care what the reason is!!! I love all animals and it breaks my heart when one is mistreated. Leo accidently ran over a squirrel a couple of weeks ago and we were both depressed for hours.

We are animal lovers too.  Their are some sick people out there.

Anyone that would do that to an animal deserves to rot in HELL.  We are animal lovers around here.  We have 2 baby Zebra Finches (at least we think there are only 2) that will soon need homes so if there are any bird lovers--let me know Bob is a certified Wildlife Rehabilitator in  Alabama.  He is working on his certification in Georgia which is much more strict.  We have cared for baby birds of all kinds, an abandoned deer, a couple other animals I can't remember and a baby possom.  The possom was our favorite.  He was so ugly he was cute. Last week we found a mole in the yard.  You guessed it--he is now living out in the barn just as happy as can be.

It saddens and sickens me to hear about those poor kittens. Unfortunately I see some terrible things with animals. dont get me on a soap box! Kim

I am doing ok.  we were just up there this past weekend. I did nothing but sit on the couch and watch tv and movies. might be going up this next weekend too but will have to take the boys so no sitting around then. Kim
