Soooo, Whatcha Doin Today???
Many of us are going to church, but what are you doing before or after church??? Are you relaxing, spending time with family? Working? Shopping? Share with us what you are doing...
I'll start...
We'll head out to church for a bit, then come back to Mom & Sonny's house. They recently had some home renovations done to their family room/formal living room. They actually had a wall knocked out which opened up the space and made the room look soooo beautifully opened! They also pulled up carpet and laid hard wood flooring. With as many kids and grandkids as they have together, they NEEDED to do this for the space when we get together at Christmas, etc. SO, today, my family will go over there to help move furniture back into the rooms and begin clean up/wipe down.
Sooo, I'll be cleaning today following church.
What are YOU doing today????
What is on YOUR agenda????
Good morning Happy One! I love you and your sweet family! I'm at church and after that, I am headed home to eat some good ole baked pork chops and salad. Torey is off today and we are going to relax this afternoon before the BIG move tomorrow!
Have a great SONday!
For every Goliath, there is a Stone! His name is Jesus!"
Sounds like a busy day! I am HAVING one of those too!!
I have done laundry, changed linens, worked in the yard....then rested on the Hammock....
Then helped Mom in the garage as she was beginning to plan for a yard sale---if it does not rain next weekend.
I still have to iron scrubs for work for the next week and get some sleep in there somewhere tonight!
I am having a hard time getting back into the swing of things. I honestly think I have just not fully recovered from that last bout of being sick. I am still on antibiotics and will finish them on Tuesday. Maybe when I get some of the medications out of my system, I will start to feel better. I have never been on that many antibiotics at one time before and I think it was rough on my body--
not to make light of the fact that looking back now, I was a lot sicker physically than I realized at the time. I should have know by the quick responses of my doctor, dentist and the oral surgeon. Sometimes we don't really want to know the facts.
Well--the iron is hot, and the scrubs are wrinkled, so off I go...to Iron with NO TV to listen to! Mom and Dad had a storm shelter put in Friday and the diggers cut the TV cable. The cable company should be out to repair it on Monday--hopefully. I never really watch a lot of TV--but now that I can't....I want to.
Have a great rest of your day!
