Good morning friend! I am getting ready to go to Starbucks AGAIN!  Yep I'm hooked on those SF Caramel Light Frappucinos!  Yummy and sooo refreshing and cool!  Then its back to finish up some chores and then hang out by the pool and soak up some sunshine and relax!  God has blessed me in so many ways and I thank Him for them ALL!  Most of all I thank him for the opportunity to have WLS.  That has really given me my life back.  I have soo much energy and now I am living life instead of just existing from one day to the next.  Amen?!  I just feel so blessed to see what God is doing in your life Randall.  I am soo happy for you friend!  I can't wait to see you and Lucy in September!  I can't think of anyone who deserves it more than you do.  The verse "Be patient and wait upon the Lord" comes to mind.  Ain't that the truth??!!!  Be blessed on this HOT Sonday and take some time to be good to yourself!!
