Soooo, Whatcha Doin Today????

What's Your Plans for Today?  Play, Relax, Work, Tidying up the house? What do YOU plan to do today? I'll start... I'm running a few errands today while the temps are cooler.  Then I am coming back to clean my house up.   Tim has been working later in the day, so he's not had time to clean like he normally does when I am away, on the road. Later, we have a birthday party to go to.  It is for my aunt's boyfriend, the one who has Stage IV Cancer that has spread...he is 51, so we are celebrating his birthday!!!! SOOOOO, what are YOU doing today?  Let's share?????

           Its Birthday Parties for me today My Grandson Mason is 6 We are having his BP at 4 I am helping my DD and fixing Spagetti, Salad, and Garlic Bread. Then its on to the Cake & Icecream.

I'm going to work in about 5 minutes. Got to stop at the grocery store and pick up an item ot two. I will get to work at 9 and be there until Sunday night. Then next week a little church in Blout county my sister goes to is having Bible School and there aren't enough workers so I'm going down to my sisters in Snead and spend Sunday night and Monday night. I'll help Monday and Tuesday then I'll come home and try to catch up here. Thur and Friday I'm busing the high school basketball team to Huntsville for training. Other than that I've got nothing planned for the whole week. Everyone have a wonderful day and have fun. I really shouldn't count this weekend as work. I get to sleep on the job. Take care. I have my 3 yo granddaughter this weekend, but am still going to attempt to get some shopping done.  First we have to get my MIL's prescriptions filled (she lives with us...we get along wonderfully), then onto my favorite re-sale shop to drop off some stuff my granddaighter has outgrown.  Anything of mine that sells gets me store credit and I buy tons of clothes for her there.  Then we are heading over to Mobile for the real shopping.  We have done all the stores over here in Daphne/Spanish Ft and I just can't find any shorts that I like that actually fit.  I am sort of between a 16 and 18.  So we're hoping they will have a different selection over in Mobile (because I really don't like having to drive over there to shop).  We are going to a barbeque next weekend and I really do need some shorts that fit.  I simply cannot wear those old ones that are WAY too big.  I want to look nice.  The house is already clean so we are free to play the rest of the day.  I picked up Season 1 of The Tudors (Showtime) to watch assuming that my granddaughter will let me turn off Wonder Pets at some point.  LOL Sandi

We're having an Open House/Safety Awareness Day at my work in Arab.  Cooking out, tours of the plant, etc.  We may then go over to the Will Rogers festival in Guntersville if we aren't took baked from the sun!

Good morning sweet lady! I'm taking my son over to his friends house to spend the day with him.  Me and my youngest son are going to exchange my swim suit that I bought that shows WAYYY too much leg!  LOL  Yikes!  I don't know WHAT I was thinking when I bought it!  LOL  Anyways, gonna exchange that.  There just happens to be a Starbucks close by so we'll go in there FOR SURE!  Lord I am soooo hooked on Starbucks!  After that, I'm not sure what we'll do.  No telling.  If I leave it up to him I'm sure we'd end up at the movies watching Indiana Jones!  I need to come home and do some housework but I may come back home and hang out at the pool with him for a while and get a "little" sun.  Lord knows I need it but don't want to get sunburned.  I think tonight I may go dancing.  It does burn calories ya know.  Wink, wink.  I bought myself my very first pair of Levi jeans at Dillards this week.  Size 16 but they are big so could of gotten a 14!  Talk about a WOW WOW WOW moment!  Can't believe I've gotten down to a size 14!  A wild ride for sure and thats an understatement!  Hope you and Tim and the young 'uns have a great weekend. Were off to a meeting with the pastor who is marrying us in *GASP* 14 days and counting. Then we are meeting with a friend to go over the food shes making for the reception... And working on cleaning the house up for family who will start visiting soon for the wedding. Weve got painting to do, carpets to clean, walls and floors to scrub.. more than we will ever get done in 14 days!

We are going to the ballfield for closing ceremonies and then on to the Team Party.  They are having pizza, hotdogs and hamburgers.  Lots of swimming.
