Picture/Advatar help PLZ!

Can some one please help me with my advatar. I want to change it to a flippy with 2 pics of my God Daughter. Every time I try to get a normal pic it is all FUZZY! Now that my computer was DEBUGGED I lost allot of stuff on here and don't have a program that can flippy the pic. HELP ANY ONE PLEASE? I can send the pics to you.

Thank you Vickie, I was just called to come into work early so I will have to check it later. I am in such a hurry but wanted to see if anyone had posted here...I'm not ignoring you , just running around like a chicken with myhead cut off!
