new recipes???

anybody got any new recipes???  I am so tired of eating the same old thing but can;t figure out what to eat instead... Elle, Karla, Carmen????  You surely have something new.... JOHN

Hey there JOhn...I am on my way out the door.  I just "steal" recipes from others on here.  They (Elle, Karla, Susan, and others have been posting some good ideas.)  I just stopped in to say it is great to see your face.  You have been missed. 

Hi John, Havent seen you in a while, hope all is well with you. I post from time to time "Yum Yums" (recipes) and today after reading your post I searched my collection for several you might like.  They are all WLS friendly.  I hope you enjoy!  Have a great weekend, ~Susan
