ot: Puppy

Would anybody like to have a Jack Russell Terrier?  Male, Neutered, 14 months old,  All shots .  He was adopted last week by an older lady who doesnt have the energy to take care of him. Looking for someone who can handle a very active dog.  All he needs is lots of love.  House trained and gets along with other Dogs.  Gentle with cats but loves to chase.  FREE to good home.

Oh man, do I understand needing energy!  I adopted a 3 month old Jack Russell last week.  I have not had so much activity since I had young children 25 years ago!  Great exercise. I have a friend in Montgomery that might could help.  I will call her and PM you if she can...

I TOTALLY understand! The whole concept of 'older lady and Jack Russell'  won't even compute in my head! LOL  I have a JR that is 17 months old and boy is he a handful! I love him to death but he will flat wear you out! He doenst know the meaning of rest and is even when he is 'resting' he is crawling all over us. All that said, he is very very sweet and extremely smart and I wouldnt trade him for anything in the world, just couldn't imagine two if them running around here! Between his hyper-activity and Tiny's (my tiny little chihuahua) whining when she don't get her way I'd be in the looney bin! Good luck in finding him a good home!      

Oh, don't tempt me!  I have a 7 month old JR and he is FULL of energy!  My choir gave him to me for Christmas and I haven't sat down for long since!!!  I wouldn't trade him for anything!   They are the most loyal, clever, delightful dogs!  BUT, they do require attention! JOHN
