Rebeling
This is totally normal. You are going to flucuate just as Randall said due to fluid intake and eating. I advise my patients (I am the Bariatric Patient Coordinator for Dr. Andrew DeWitt in Birmingham) to NOT weigh daily, as it can become very discouraging. Also, if you are exercising (which I am sure you are....right???? :) then you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. You are doing GREAT !!!! I know not weighing daily is easier said than done. I can remember after my surgery, which happened to be five years ago TODAY that I could not wait to wake up to weigh the next morning. Just remember you will have fluctuations and plateaus in the weight loss process. Hang in there and just know that you are TOTALLY normal !!!
