Whatcha "COOKIN" today???

Hi, Liz! Welcome to the board and to the area. I still consider myself fairly new to the area too, even though we've been here two years as of last month. :) Your dinner plans sound yummy!

I have a one dish meal ready for our supper.  It is a macaroni and chicken dish with English peas...kinda of a cross between Chicken tetrazinni and tuna casserole.  For dessert we are going to have an egg custard pie made with Splenda Blend.  Daddy cannot eat a salad, so I guess that fresh veggies are pretty much out.
