I just wanted all to know that i have lost a big 18 lb and still going I go back to the doctor in 3 weeks boy I am happy and feeling better my wife And kids are a big help they keep telling me I can do it well I my knew shorts beth got me are to big oh well I can get some knew one and I want to thank all of all to Bill
