Hey Ellen,

I'm at work and trying my best to get a lot done so that I can take off Friday. Tomorrow is my birthday and Leo is off Friday so we're celebrating it then. We're going to get the boat out and see if we can catch us a mess of fish and use our new cooker.

I need to clean my car out again. With those grandkids of mine it doesn't take long to get it really messy!!! But I'll take a mess anyday to have those babies around!!!

I've got go out now and run an errand to Best Buy - I am not looking forward to getting out in this heat.

This will be our first time to use the cooker. Mom gave it to us for Christmas. Which oil do you recommend? Leo wants me to go buy some tomorrow. I was going to get Peanut Oil but will take your recommendation.

HI I would try peanut oil. But if you don't like the taste go with corn oil. Its very high (cost) at the store now. Its tripled in price.Ellen
