Thank you - I can finally see my new avatar!!! It's so cute. I had never done the control/refresh before and that's what worked!! Thank you so much for the advice!! I feel like I learned something new today.

Hey Debbie.  That one little trick has saved a lot of headaches for members.  You had a cache problem.  Aren't you glad it wasn't a CASH problem

Great day - I've had a cash problem for over a year now and I wish I could hit control/refresh for those worries.
