To put the photo in the post edit it to around 500 in height as larger photos stretch the post box. Save it as a jpg. Upload it to either your profile photo album or to a remote site such as Photobucket. When you are reasy to post the photo simply open the photo and right click and copy (good idea to CTRL/C also) then come to your post and paste. If the "paste" is whited out just CTRL/V and the photo should appear.
