This is not what I ate....I had chicken enchiladas, some string cheese, and a lot of water.  I also had a little piece of the birthday cake and a banana.  However, some of our new folks would like to have some menu ideas to help them get out of boring eating.  This menu is suggested in the book, Life after Bypass Gastric Bypass.
