I hope

You are all having a great afternoon.  I spent the day with my Pastor today.  We went to visit the sick in the hospital and then to the Food Bank.  I'm pooped and lying down.  I could use some prayers.  God is so good to me that I could NEVER repay HIM even if I began to praise and thank Him from now till the end of this world, which I don't think is that far away.  May I just be ready and not let anyone or anything keep me from missing God or heaven.  I heard something a long time ago that has stuck with me.  "No ONE or NOTHING is worth dying and going to hell over".  How powerful.   What's for supper?  Allison, Emily and I will be going to the Chicken Shack tonight.  I'm not up to cooking.   Have you been carb free today?  I have to say that I failed my own challenge in not having ANY carbs.  I did.  It's hard to not have SOME carbs.  We just have to let them be healthy ones.   Ya'll have a great night and know I LOVE YOU ALL! You are in my parayers. My day has mostly been carb free but I did have a handful of green plums earlier. I dont know how many carbs are in green plums but since it's not a protein, I'm sure there's some. Gina 

Thanks my friend!  It sure is good to see you posting.  I need your prayers.  Good carbs are ok.  Fruit is ok.  I've gotten on an apple kick lately.  They sure are good too.  

I read that it takes more calories to digest a (green) apple than we get from eating it. I hope this is true because I love (green) apples. I wonder what other things this would apply to.

I love that place too!  You'll be able to go back!  I LOVE the Salads there!  I didn't eat one tonight though.  I just had one of Allison's chicken fingers.

I LOVE YOU Baby!!!!!
