I'm at work, hubby is off today - so he's taking care of dinner.  He's planning to do baked fish - he has this great little recipe for "mexican fish"--it was really good last time he made it.  I'm not a huge fish fan, but this is really good!   I've got to get to the grocery store soon and get back to cooking!!

You MUST post the recipe for us.  I love baked and/or grilled fish.  My family does too.  Please post the recipe when you can.  I would love to have it.

Well if my babies come today it will be a big ole southern meal. Chicken and dumplins, fresh squash and onions, and not sure what else at the moment. Hayden told me last night that he wanted red tomatoes and green beans. Said his momma was a better cook than his Neena. She is a  very good cook and has them boys eating all kind of stuff that most children don't eat. Those 3 would rather have a salad than ice cream. Love, Love them boys.

Something I haven't made in awhile.  My family loves chicken and dumplin's and kraut and weiners and cornbread.  I know....starchy starchy, but they love it.  I'm gonna have to do that real soon for them.

Come on Lisa and Fish....there's plenty if you can beat Beau  here.  LOL  That boy can put away some more food.   You should of seen his plate at the reunion yesterday.  You would of thought he  hadn't eaten in a week.  He's a big 'ol boy and it shows too.  I keep telling Holly she's gonna have to put that man on a diet.  At 6'5 he weighs 320 lbs.  Little Holly is 5'2 (barely) and weighs 130. All the food is now cooked and ready, so that Kyle can eat before he heads off to work.  It looks and smells so good in my house. Come on and eat if you dare.
