What is the one "luxury" you can allow yourself each day?

We live as very simple people in an old farmhouse that is nearly 100 years old.  Our one luxury is Columbian Supreme coffee.  I found a store brand that is GREAT

Boy that is a hard one Karla. Today we have so many luxuries all around us that we just don't think of them as luxuries. I am going out on a limb an say my car. 37 years ago I would never have dreamed I would drive such a car. The one luxury that I can no longer live without is the heated and cooled seats. I guess that I did narrow it down to one.

I'd have to agree with Louise...my car is my luxury right now.  It's not brand new, but new to me.  For years, I've wanted a VW convertible bug.  Always said I'd get one when I turned 40, well...I got married the year I turned 40, so the car had to wait.  I've had it 2yrs and LOVE it.  It has heated seats, but I've not heard of cooled ones...that sounds like heaven!!

I guess that I would have to say that my LUXURY is my home air conditoner.  I remember back when I was pregnant with my first son, we didn't have AC.  As we were driving home from the hospital with our new baby boy, my dad was at our home putting in a giant window AC and boy was I excited.  It was a blessing.   Today, I need it because of my asthma, hot flashes and being over weight.  If I get hot I can't breath.  Thank God for the inventor of the AC!

Karla, I think I have to agree with some of the other folks! I have a huge Expedition!  I know, terrible on gas but great for hauling 5 grandbabies with various size car seats! And they love the fact that it has a dvd player!  Not that Nana even knows how to work it!  BUT believe me, their do! So that's my luxury! Lisa and Fish

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I would have to say the "INTERNET"!  Now, that's a luxury that would be hard to live without.

There are several luxuries I am given by God daily! The sun is one of them. I love the sun, the beach the smell of sand in the air and when it rains the smell of rain in the air which is all freely given by our Lord and Savior. Coffee of course and I like sugar free vanilla added but this is all freely given to me at work which God has so graciously given me and allowed me to be able to do. Spending time with my boys and my husband - even if it's just a few words because of their busy schedules and mine. So I guess there is no one certain luxury I "allow" myself every single day but there are so many luxuries I feel so blessed to be given - one being this board and the love and support I feel each time I "lurk" or post on these boards!!
