Stress and emotiona eating
I felt there was a need for this and wanted to share it. I know there are those that deal with emotional eating. Don't deal with emotional eating! No matter how much weight you need to lose, no matter how much you see-saw back and forth, or how much you may gain, you simply must face any emotional eating issues you have. This may be as simple as identifying alternative activities or as intensive as seeking professional help. That's why we as WLS'ers have to be open to seeing professionals such as counelors and dieticians. Some times we eat when we aren't even hungry. This is either habitual eathing or emotional eating. We have to deal with it. Let's face up to our eating. What are we dealing with? Can we face it?
