One of my favorites is cottage cheese with SF Cherry pie filling!! It sounds terrible but is very tasty!!
I also like Kashi Hi Protein waffles with SF apple pie filling, heated of course with a dollop of sf cool whip.
On the not sweet side..refried beans are still a favorite for me.

i guess my favorite thing (which i did eat before surgery, but not very often, b/c i was too busy eating junk food, lol) is a banana with a tbsp of peanut butter. i also love pork rinds b/c they're just a little salty and satisfy the craving for something crunchy. i don't do protein shakes anymore, mainly b/c the price of protein powder jumped $9.00 per 5 lb tub a few months ago. the price of everything is ridiculous.
Hugs,
Donya
p.s...i didn't know you had a kidney infection, but i'm praying you feel better soon
I would have to say carrots and low fat ranch. I NEVER ate carrots before WLS. Now I dearly love, love, love them! I been playing with the same 2 pounds for what seems like 2 weeks now. Fixing to kick her in high gear and get her done! I'm going back to the basics. Protein and water and exercise. Lots of exercise. I have been eating things high in fat like peanut butter. I know peanut butter has protein but it is also high in fat. I love bananas also but know that eating more than one banana a day isn't gonna help me lose weight either but gosh are they YUMMY! I'm going to grill some boneless chicken breasts today for me and the boys are having grilled pork chops. I do love pork chops still but limit my intake of them. I guess the old rule of "if it tastes good spit it out" still applies! LOL This has truly been the most AMAZING journey for me! I would do it over and over and over again! Everyday gets better 'n better! And one great thing that has come out of all of this is meeting such WONDERFUL people on this board. Yall have become like a second family to me and I love you all! I want to challenge ALL of you to focus on the basics with me this next week. Look at your weight loss and look at your goal. How close are you? If you're not losing weight, then ask yourself WHY? What are you eating that is keeping you from becoming the lovely person you always wanted to become? I feel like I have escaped obesity even though I still technically have about 38 pounds to lose as of this morning when I weighed. 38 pounds ain't that much compared to where I started out at. Sorry to ramble but want everyone to be mindful of the things we put into our mouths and body. I have picked up some bad habits lately and I'm going to weed them out before they cause me problems. Hope everyone has a BLESSED Sonday.. TAKE YOUR VITAMINS (talking to myself here)!!!!
Love ya, Vicky

You know, mine would have to be Splenda or Altern. I absolutely love it!!! I love the pre-sweetened Splenda products available, such as the Dasani Strawberry Flavored H2O which is my MOST FAVORITE beverage right now. But I also like using the actual product for making desserts, salads or whatever. I really LOVE Splenda!
