Kidney infection

Wahhhhhhhhhhhh, I don't wanna~!~  Do I have to??  I hate going to those urgent care places....you have to sit there for HOURS!  I may call in a little while and see if I can get in touch with someone.  I really guess I should.  But he'll probably just tell me to go to the doc in the box.  Least he could do is call me in a prescription.  I KNOW when I have a KIDNEY INFECTION!  Trust me!!!

Okay.... I DID IT!  I called the doctor on call.  Still waiting for him to call me back.  I called after my last post to you.  Still waiting......geez......  -------I'll let ya know what I find out.

GOOD! That is what you have doctors for and why it is important to establish care with a PCP to treat you on a routine basis. Last Sunday, I called my PCP while I was in Olive Branch, Mississippi and even though he was not on call, the physician on call for him returned my call in less than five minutes. I was standing in a Wal-Mart Pharmacy when I put the call in so he was able to just talk to the pharmacist and get me taken care of.

(Good thing--since I had been to TWO walk in clinics and they refused to see me because it was considered dental)
