Family reunion tommorrow
I can't decide whether to go to my family reunion tommorrow or just cook for "my" family here at home. I had already taken out a huge roast out of the freezer to cook in the crock pot tonight with taters, carrots and onions, but thinking I might just do that for Monday's dinner. I also have a head of cabbage I would like to steam to go with the roast and other fixings. If we go to the reunion, I am sure Holly and Beau would like to go too, to see everyone....so I'm just going to wait and see what they want to do. Geez, decisions, decisions. We only see the reunion side of the family once a year, so I kinda want to go myself. Just not sure what everyone else wants to do. Okay.....yes, I'm lonely and this house is quiet, but I'll try to quit rambling.......
A bit of advice about this situation from one Nana to another Nana.
Holly is your daughter and even if Holly is just trying to keep the peace at home for the moment, Holly will always be sure that you see Christian.
This I promise.
Rob allows Stephanie to dictate when I get to see my other four grandbabies, but now with Sam - that's a whole 'nother ball game!
As I have heard her say in the past, "this is my momma and Aiden can go and stay with my momma any time he wants!"
In fact, the little man is taking a nap now! And I can't wait for him to get up!
So remember you are Holly's mom and she is gonna make sure you get your Nana time!

Thank you so much for telling me this. Makes me feel so much better. I sure hope they get over here soon. She called a little while ago and said they were already on their way to WM. I just want to squeeze him and love on him and kiss all over that sweet face of his. He loves his Nana too and gives me the sweetest hugs and kisses ever. It's amazing how young they learn to hug and kiss. He's an angel. You MUST send me a picture of your Aiden. How old is he now???
