Here are one day's menus that don't sound too bad.  Most of the ones I read have stuff I wouldn't eat on a bet.  But these sound not so bad.

Breakfast

Egg, cheese, and ham omelet

1 slice of whole wheat toast or 1 serving of fruit

Lunch

Tuna Salad made of water packed tuna and salad greens with 2T salad dressing or Mayo

10 crackers or 1 slice of bread

Dinner

3 oz of grilled fish (orange roughy, salmon, or similar firm fish)

1 c. steamed green vegetable ( green beans, snow peas, asparagus, spinach, or greens) ,p> 1/3 c. white vegetable (rice, potato, brown rice) or small salad. Basically what is recommended is a sandwich or salad for lunch   The morning needs to have eggs, cheese and a meat or cereal with bacon, Canadian ham, etc.   Need to have a dense protein with any carbohydrate to make it last longer and stay in your stomach longer.  Fish is preferred over pork, beef or chicken because it is easier to digest, as many of you have already mentioned.

Great suggestions Karla.  I also used to eat a lot of lo carb yogurt with a tad of granola type cereal in it.  Turkey and cheese roll ups for lunch for good protein and tuna melts were always a favorite of mine too.  I loved the hickory smoked tuna with a tad of mayo and/or light sour cream topped with mozzerella cheese nuked in the micro till melted and served with fresh tomatoes.  YUMMMMMY
