Oh...I thought of more sayings I could have put on the t-shirt!!  Like "I am a yankee, you gotta love me!!" or  " I am a yankee, what's your excuse?"  HAHAHA!!!!!!!

We love you too!!  However, she needed to get her facts straight before she said the things she did. (I say this, because I know there is someone else behind this sharing info they shouldn't be)  I understand she is a good friend to you, but the PM is very offensive and the way she approached him is completely wrong and not professional.  She was being accusing and demeaning in her tone to him.  It was not her business to speak of anyways and if she had questions she chould have just asked them and not put Randall down the way she did in the message.  Which I know you can agree with.   None of us are perfect and I have said things and done things that are wrong.  Jesus is the only one who is perfect and we all need to pray for peace and healing in this situation.  I will forgive her for this!!!  

I just wi****'d all been kept PRIVATE as it was intended.  I hate so many people have been drug into this.  I will be praying about this situation where all are concerned. Love and prayers, Loretta

I can understand your view on this.  BUT I can understand Randall's reasoning for doing this.  These types of PM's need to stop.  I KNOW others have received these types of PM's, not necessarily from her, but from others and have been hurt.  They have even left the board,  I hope everyone learns to think before they write and how we approach each other when sending messages.  I DO wish she would have handled this differently.  In fact, I know she could have, because she is an intelligent, smart person.  I have always thought this of her.  I will agree with you that we need to be in prayer with this situation!!  I am glad you are back posting!!!!

I agree with you on the private.  It should have been kept private last night and not discussed at your coffee group!  I'm just shocked!  I love you but let's not talk about private when it's all over the place! I'm praying about this where ALL are concerned too! I'm over it but the more I learn, the more I SEE!

Believe me justalurker, I know the way to keep something quiet and to myself when I need to.  I do not like being accused of things.  I have learned this talk is going on behind the scenes and I brought it to light.  I have also learned that when there are those causing trouble, you call them on it.  As a Minister and as a Youth Pastor, I have had to do this and this is my training.  I'm as disappointed as anyone else, but no one and no board is perfect.  When there is trouble like this, I will always deal with it.  If other's names are mentioned, ie: Mary Alice and Lucy, then you mess up.  I pray that you pray for me.  I'm human and I do make mistakes.  This is not the 1st time I have posted a PM on the forum and won't be the last when it is one of this magnitude.  If I let you down, and I am sure I have several, then you will have to work with me.  I would hope that as a professional, this type of thing doesn't happen often!  Thanks for your opinion and your insight.  Have a blessed and wonderful day.
