Delicious Cobbler

Recipe for a yummy cobbler that we can have that is low in sugar , calories and carbs not to bad either. Two bags of mixed frozen fruit ..Wal-Mart brand  which has strawberries , blackberries and blueberries  1 container of Sugar Free Coolwhip 3/4 cup Splenda  2 tablespoons flour  1 and 1/2 cup of Kellogs Organic granola cereal   or any that you like Defrost the fruit in and 8x8 or similiar size baking dish ( i do it in the microwave on defrost ) When thawed add in the Splenda and the flour that i have moxed together already ..Gently stir in the fruit mix  Bake this for about 25 min on 375  Put the granola cereal over top of this and continue to bake about another 20 min or until  brown and crunchy  Cool some and top with Coolwhip as you eat it . YUMMY     Makes 6 servings at about 130 calories a serving  LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff and doesnt make me feel like yuk due to sugar as I cant do the real sugar very well  Hope you enjoy  Shirley

Hi Shirley, Thank you for sharing this recipe; it sounds absolutely delicious.  I really like the fact that it contains mostly ingredients that we already have.  I'll have to go and get some of the frozen fruit and try this.  (I have fresh berries, and I am going to try those as well in  a separate batch).  Again, thank you for sharing this recipe, it sounds great.  (I love cobbler)

Angel, Your very welcome. I love trying new recipes that are simple where I have most of the stuff on hand too. I couldnt believe how good it is to be so low in calories etc. Hope you do as well as all our taste buds differ . Shirley
