Update on Mine and Lucy's request
Well, God sure never ceases to blow my mind and amaze me! All I can say is WOW! 3 weeks ago, I began advertising my 4 bedroom mobile home for sale. Where were we going? I had no clue! I just felt in my spirit to sell it. It was perfect for a season, but God moved on me to sell it. You have to understand this! I had no other place to go, I just knew that I was suppose to sell it. Last weekend alone, I had 34 calls about the mobile home! I couldn't keep up with them. I made appts. and showed it 4 times Monday. One lady that I know came late Monday and I just KNEW it was suppose to be her's. I felt it in my spirit. We STILL didn't know where we were going. No empty appartments around here, no nice homes for rent and most houses are SO expensive here to buy because of the new Hyundai plants. I know this was God, on Monday, I just happened to drive by this home. I have ALWAYS loved it. Well, LOW AND BEHOLD, it's for sale! Joie's cousin is the owner! I called his Mom (Joie's aunt) because she and I have always been close. She gave me the # to the bank where it is financed (local bank) and I called. Guess what? The lady called me yesterday and said she had the money! I sold my trailer yesterday and I also found out YESTERDAY the house is OURS! ALL IN ONE DAY!! Is this God or what? It's 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood floors, right on main street in town, WORTH MORE than what we are getting it for. The payment scares me a little, but God has NEVER let me down. Poor Lucy hasn't even seen it. She says she trusts my judgement. I love this woman! I'm going this afternoon and take pics to email to her. It DOES need some work as no one has lived in it in over a year. We have to buy a new central unit but God will provide the $2000.00 for that too. We are just estatic knowing that THIS is GOD and GOD alone did this. I get to take the for sale sign down this evening when I get home from the Dr. AIN'T GOD GOOD?! I see him working and I see SO many doors opening for Lucy and I. Torey and Allison can not wait to get out of this trailer. LOL Ya'll just help us pray that this move goes smoothly and quickly. I need to be moved before June 19th as that is my test day, then I leave the 22nd to go to Minnesota to meet my new family and see my baby, Lucy. Thanks for lettting me share this and ramble! With the Lord in our lives anything is possible. Isn't it grand, not only are you starting a new life with this wonderful lady but you are also starting it with a new home and many many blessings. Ya'll have so much going for you both.
