What Are YOUR Last Words?
Yesterday, a co-worker's sister was killed in a car accident in Scottsboro. She was in her late 30's / early 40's... YOUNG! My friend is VERY UPSET b/c her last words to her sister were unkind, cross words...words that she NEVER wanted to leave her sister with!
Today, I encourage you to set things RIGHT with those you love. I encourage you to WATCH your words. None of us are promised tomorrow or the next hour! Please, LOVE your loved ones!
Thank you! My co-worker/friend is very upset at this time...and does need all the prayers she can get. The accident was a result of a medication that was "new" to her...she responded to them differently. The family said she had no business/or affairs in Scottsboro and believes that she was driving aimlessly out of her mind when the accident occurred. She hit an elderly woman head on and killed the elderly woman and the passenger is in ICU.
Jackie.....thank you so much for the reminder. I experienced this first handed with a dear friend/coworker about 19 years ago. She and I traveled together with our jobs....we left work one afternoon around 5pm and she was killed at 9:30 by her x-husband.
A tragic situation but one that we should think about daily. Your co-workers family will be in my prayers.
