Answered Prayer

I just have to give God the Glory for answering a prayer that was vital!! Remember the Visa's applications?? They came back in on Friday and the gang leaves this morning. He's an On Time God!!! I appreciate all of you who helped pray about this. The group will be leaving for Santa Cruz this morning for a 10 day missions trip. We worked on human video's and children's ministry all day yesterday and this group is pehnomenal. God's Word is going to be going out among these people and His Word is never void. I know we will hear great things about this trip.

Just a note here that I have been reading the posts and I have been praying. Lisa and Fish, you have been in my prayers. I know how you must have felt Lisa and I'm so glad that you let us know so that we could join with you in praying. And welcome back Lisa!! Randall and Lucy - the pictures are absolutely fantastic!!! You guys make a great looking pair. My goodness, God sure knows how to put them together, doesn't He?? BoomBoom, not sure what happened but so glad you didn't leave. Susan, you know I'm glad to see you back. I don't know why some people have to say things to be so hurtful but there are so many more people who have good things to say. For some reason our ears don't seem to hear the good as well as they hear the bad. Elle, I prayed for Kyle and for the wedding. I hope Kyle is doing much better. I could go on and on but my boss just came in so I have to stop. I love all of you and pray blessings on each and everyone.

Morning Debbie, God is good isn't he!  He tends to work in mysterious ways sometimes.  I am so glad that all was taken care of and ya'll can go on that Mission Trip!  Your trip is going to be successful in all that ya'll do, I just know it!  I will keeping the group in my prayers. God is good all the time!!  I can't wait to see pics and hear all about the Mission trip. I would love to be going too!!

God IS good!!!!  I want to hear an UPDATE when y'all return from the trip too! My stepdaddy is in Rwanda, Africa right now with a group on a mission trip.  He is with E3 Missions.  He preached a few nights ago and 40 were lead to the Lord.  They went door to door and 15 more were lead to the Lord!!!!  How cool is that??? When my kids get a bit older, Tim & I are going on a missionary trip.  I have already been on one when I was 16 years old.  The seed for missions was planted in my heart then!!! 

Jackie, Your reply means so much!! When I was 13 I was in a service with a missionary speaking and I can remember distinctly the burden I felt for lost souls. I have been on about 16 missions trips now from Bogata, Columbia to The Canary Islands to Buenos Aires and I still marvel at how hungry these people are to hear the Word. If you and Tim can take your kids, it will be something they will never forget. I remember seeing people living in paper box houses, under bridges, anywhere they could find shelter. It makes you truly appreciate what we have here at home. I know that we have poverty here in the States but its nothing compared to what I have seen.

I'll be praying for your stepfather. This is such a wonderful ministry!!
