I NEED YOUR PRAYERS!

Hey my Sis.  You KNOW I am here and I AM PRAYING!  God knows the need and what is going on.  YOU KNOW He IS the healer and HE IS able!  I'm standing in faith with and for you and Fish.  The theif comes only to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came to give us LIFE and LIFE more ABUNDANTLY!  I love you and I love Fish!  IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, you know I'm there!  Call me if you need me!  We are your family here and we LOVE and MISS YOU BOTH!

Randy, Know that I know you have always had our back! I know your prayers can get through when it seems like no other's can. And I appreciate them so much! Today has been a really tough day! Fish has been sleeping alot because of the pain.  And of course, when he isn't right there with me, then all sorts of things go through my mind. I know that God is the healer and I know that he is able! He has brought us through some really tough spots in all of these years! But you know, above all, that Fish is the best thing in my life!  And the thought of him not being here with me, absolutely scares me to death! Today, It has just seem to have gotten the best of me. But like a trooper - I will pick myself up and move forward - FAITH IS NOW! And I have to stand and believe on that! I will call you and the babies and let you know what the surgeon says on Wednesday! I love you, my brother! Lisa

Lisa,   I soooooo understand how you feel abput Fish. I feel the same way about Mike. I cannot even imagine my world without him in it, don't even want to! Know that I am praying for both of ya'll!! My faith is not always the strongest, but I do believe in God & know that he can heal even the worst of things, so I know he will heal Fish & soothe your troubled heart. I know you are worried like crazy sweetie, slow down & breathe & love Fish like only you can. Please be calm & just be with your man. Just that....be...be calm, be strong, be you & be with Fish. Send my love to him & tell him to hang in there! I only stopped by for a second, while Mike went to run an errand. I am outta here again. I love & miss ya'll! Bonnie

Bonnie, Thank you so much for these kind words! And yes, you can truly say you know how I feel! Being a military wife is one of the hardest jobs in the military! Sending them off and never knowing if they will return home can really try your peace of mind. Fish has never really been "sick" or "hurt" during all of these years of marriage.  In fact, he has always pretty much handled me through all my "junk".     So to see him hurting, and not being able to use his right arm, almost kills me.  And being a "man", he doesn't want any one to help him or do for him - so that leads to another fuss! I know it's that I AM MAN, I CAN HANDLE THINGS MYSELF attitude and for the most part I am glad he is this way!  But then there are times that I just want to thump him! We go Wednesday to find out what all they are going to do!  Hopefully, things will return to normal soon! Again thank you.   Love you girlie, Lisa and Fish

Hey Shirley! We will find out Wednesday when the surgery OR surgeries will be done. The neurosurgeon has to make the decision if   both can be done at the same time or if we will work on one problem at a time. The neurologist says that either way - releasing the nerves that allows him to use his hand has to come first.  But then the two disc have to either be removed or replaced in his neck! Fish wants it all done at the same time, so he can get over it and go back to WORK!  DUH!  Is this all  men think about --------------- WORK! Personally, I just want him better!  And I don't care how long he stays out of WORK!  I live with one hard headed man, I knew this when I said "I DO" but goodness knows, I just want to thump him some times! Hopefully, we will know soon! And yes, I will be calling!  I may have to have someone to keep my sanity in tact while they are doing the surgery!  I have never had to face Fish having surgery so this is a first for me! I now understand what he has went through with me!  I could never understand why he was so nervous or upset -------------------well, now I do! And as we all know me, I'm not too happy when I am not in control of a situation! I "kissed my prince"  for you.  He's being good today so FAR!   Thank you for your prayers - they are truly needed!
