I'M A SURVIVOR
Golly gee, I made it after all. I had my moments, but this morning I feel 100% better about everything. That's just how God works in our lives.
I took Kyle to the hospital after the wedding and he stayed awhile and got fluids. They gave him an option of staying or coming back everyday for 4 days to get IV antibiotics. They Hep locked his IV and it will remain in place till he's thru. He decided he's rest better at home and he's already gone out there this morning to get his meds. I am home with Christian, resting. We will go to church tonight. Just too pooped out this morning.
Holly and Beau were here packing Holly's bags when I got home from cleaning up the fellowship hall and my Dad and Aunt had brought Kyle and Christian back here to rest. I got to visit with Holly briefly before they headed out for Disney World. She called last night and requested that I send pictures and videos via cell phone each day of Christian. I thought that was the sweetest thing. I of course sent her several last night and will do so the rest of the week.
Before the wedding I had a nice long talk with Beau and again afterwards here at home before they set out. I feel better. Praise the Lord. I also had a talk with Beau's Daddy last night when we got home from the hospital. Again, a nice talk. PRAISE GOD! Thank you all for your continued support and love and most of all your prayers. God is continuing to work in all our lives and I am so thankful.
I love you and appreciate all of you. Now, I've got to go feed my beautiful grandson who's calling my name. (not really saying Nana just yet, but I know he's calling ME) ha ha!

WOWWWW!!!! You've just gained a Son-In-Law!!! How cool is that Loretta???? God is working in your life. I see His Hand moving.
I'm sorry we didn't make it. We really wanted to make it, but just couldn't. I hope you are not too dissappointed in me/us.
We you all very much and cannot wait to see pics!!!!!!
I totally understand. I did look for ya'll though. I kept asking Karla if she'd seen ya'll. LOL
I can't wait to see the pictures either. I didn't take one single one. I had so much on my mind. Holly did have camera's on the table, so I need to go get those developed sometime in the next day or so. I have to work till Thursday, then I'm off for the summer. It's going to be a short one that's for sure.
Love you too my friend and thanks for everything.
You were grace under pressure. You did pull it off as an exceptional hostess and well behaved Mother of the Bride. I was equally proud of Jill. She was very well behaved and showed what a mature young woman she is becoming. Your family's social graces were outstanding and you acquitted yourselves with grace and honor. You should be very proud of both your daughters, your father, your husband and you aunt....but most of all, you should be proud of yourself. You all were an example to others as to how to conduct themselves in such a situation.
Thank you so much Karla. I love and appreciate all you are and have been to me. I too, am VERY PROUD of Jill. She was very gracious and beautiful if I do say so myself. I told her that last night. She was just as radiant as Holly and so lovely. Holly looked like an angel and Jill was just as lovely. I am so glad to see those two girls getting along so well in such a special time for Holly. Even today, Jill has been a different girl. She's been so sweet and loving. Both my girls are so very special to me and I'm proud of both of them. Christian is an angel himself and I am so proud to be his Nana. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant and handsome grandson.
Thank you for calling me "grace under pressure". I sure didn't feel very graceful, but I tried. Poor Kyle was so sick and I think he handled himself very well under the cir****tances. Today, he's not feel much better and has been so sick at his stomach since going to the hospital this morning for his IV antibiotics. I feel so bad for him. He's been lounging around and even ate a little chicken noodle soup for lunch.
Again Karla....thank you for everything. Your email just made my day and brought a smile to my face. You are truly a good friend and I so appreciate you. I just wanted to publicly tell you that and I look forward to many more years of your friendship. THANK YOU!
