Deep breaths, get outside for a while, if you can and spend some time alone, hot bubble bath with lavender, hot cup of tea with some alone time is a blessing for me. Most of all, God doesn't put more on us than we can handle even tho at times, I have to admit Ive questioned that one & searched my soul for answers.
Being a parent ( esp. a Mother) is the hardest job, you will ever have and I can tell you now, there will be more stressful times down the road but happy, joyus ones await too.

Hey Loretta,
Hon...I know that this is all very overwhelming and a little scary. You have done everything you know to do and you have done your best. Hold your head up high, smile and love your daughter just as you always have. Be there as always for her to lean on in the difficult times and to have joyful tears through the happy times. Remember this...
"A daughter is a daughter for ALL of her life,
A son is a son until he takes a Wife."
Be glad you have girls my friend.
Loving you and praying with you!
Lisa
