Friday Coffee Talk

WOO HOO!  It's Friday!  The weekend will be here in a few hours!  Many of you will have a LONG weekend and will enjoy the Memorial Day weekend.  Let's remember who the Memorial is for.  Those who have served our country to give us freedom!

Our challenge for today is to thank OBESITY HELP FOUNDERS, WORKERS, AND VOLUNTEERS!  Send them an email with your appreciation.  Let them know how much YOU appreciate THEM for helping you to find LIFE and for health. For helping you at living skinny or skinnier!  For helping us all find a way to HEALTHIER LIVING!  WLS has given us freedom we have wanted for YEARS!  Where would YOU be without Obesity Help dot com, it's leaders or WLS!  I challenge you to send OH Leaders a THANK YOU for their HARD work and dedication.  They provide us with this site and it's our life link to staying on track.  For VALUABLE INFORMATION!  For finding WLS Doctors and for finding Plastic Surgeons.  THANK YOU OBESITY HELP VOLUNTEERS AND LEADERS!  WE LOVE YOU ALL!!  I APPRECIATE YOU! So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome Elvis House Blend Coffee from my sweet baby, Lucy.  This stuff sure is good.   Today, we are off to let Lucy pick out the Flower Girl dress with Cassidy and to pick out Allison's Bride's Maid dress.  These girls are excited.  We got the cakes ordered yesterday btw!  Lucy and I have a 10:30 appt. to get our "Engagement Picture" made at Portriat Innovations in Montgomery.  It's gonna be another busy day, but I LOVE every second I can spend with my Lucy.  God has blessed me so much!  I'm mushy, but I'm so in love it ain't even funny!  HEHEHHE  We get told we are like 2 teenagers.  Oh well.  If ya feel it, live it!  RIGHT! Ya'll have a blessed and wonderful day as you THANK OH.COM!!

I am wishing you, Lucy, Allison and Cassidy a wonderful fun filled day!  I can't wait to see the engagement photos!!!!!  The boys and I are off today to do a little shopping, going to eat some Chinese food then back home so I can get ready for work!   I am so wore out.  I worked from 4:45am-12:30pm then was called and asked if I could come back in as our cashier didn't show up and it was GRADUATION NIGHT so we were busy....yep I went back in from 4:30pm - 9:30pm.  I had to take a break in the middle of the shifts to finish my weekly quizes for class.  Thank God I don't have to work tomarrow and I am going to unplug the phone here at home and turn off my cell....hehehe. THANK YOU OH FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!  YOU ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Good Morning everyone. Well this is day 2 post surgery. I am very sore and some pain. Walking, sipping water. My husband is a God Send, I don't know what I would have done if he wasn't here for me. He is keeping up with what I drink, making sure that I move and walk. We have a couch that has recliners on each end. Well he slept on his side and I slept on my side. He wanted to make sure I could get up off the couch with no problem.  I hope everyne has a great Friday, I know I will, each day brings me closer to healing and on my way to losing.
