I know that most have one when they have surgery, but I didn't, but I went to a new doctor today who wants me to have one, I hope not to need a cpap, but if I do does anyone know how expensive they are and how much trouble they are? Oh one more thing he told me to cut aspartame out of my diet, which is easier said than done, I never realized how many foods I consume that has it. Thanks, Jan,

I have one after insurance I was left with $200.00 to pay. They are real hard to get used to. On most nites I average 4 hours with it.

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

Vicky thanks for replying, I am really hoping to not need one, for that reason, not sure if I will wear it enough to make a difference. I know there are different kinds, do you choose or do they tell you what you need? Jan

They told me what I needed, I had to go to the office to pick it up. They set it on the # you need ,and show you how to use it. They will give you and opt of getting a water base to go on it ,you may as well get it cause it helps alot. I didn't get it at first then had to order it . It keeps your nasal moist inside. Just wear it as long as you can,then remove it LOL thats what I do.
