Monday Cofee Talk....LATE

Good Monday morning everyone!  Well, it's past time to rise and shine!  I am late!  My ISP was down this a.m.  Lucy and I have been to Momma Sue's for breakfast and I have had my coffee.  It's been a great morning already! Our challenge today is to focus outward.  Our lives are so caught up in us since WLS.  We look great!  We feel better!  We have challenges we face that we have to focus on in both WLS issues and life issues as well.  But our lives are not all about us.  Let's focus on someone else today.  Make a phone call.  Send a flower.  Send a card.  Do something to think of someone else other than yourself today.  You'll make someone else feel good and you'll feel good at the same time!  I dare ya.   Have you had your coffee?  Sipping on water?  I've had my Folger's this a.m. and it sure was good.   Ya'll have a wonderful and blessed Monday as you focus on someone else!

Was wondering where you were at this AM.  Im sippin on SF Kool Aide.  I sent out Graduations cards.  Does that count.  I saw someone at Wal Mart Saturday night that i havent seen since December.  She said when she saw me in December and saw my weight loss she got motivated.  She has lost weight on her own and her Colestrol is down.  So i guess im helping others.  I hope you and LUCY have a great day together.

Good morning! I'm at work...just finished a caramel lite frapp from Starbucks...it was both breakfast and lunch for me! I hope you & Lucy have a wonderful day together!

Morning Randall and Lucy, I have already been grocery shopping (3 stores), to Lowes, to PetSmart,to the gas station (OUCH), to Arby (to get lunch for all of us) now home till 12 then off to take the lunch to DH, then to another home improvement store and hopefully back home until 3 when I leave to go to work!  YIKES there are too many chores for so little of hours in a day! I have had 2 bottle waters (grape flavored) and 1/2 cup 2% milk and am on my way to get me a Raspberry Peach Crystal Light package to go in a glass of water! Hope everyone has a great day!!!!

Randall, My mom was cross-stitching this saying for a friend this weekend.  I thought it was GREAT. Jesus first Others second Yourself last,     This is what will bring us "JOY".  Thanks for making us think about this.  It is not about "us".  God put us here to love and help each other.   I hope you and Lucy have a GREAT day.
