Great Challenge as always Randall.  We as formerly obese, obese, etc...tend to care about other, but we sometimes fall short in caring about ourselves.  Thank you for always being there to remind us that we are important!!  Love you brother (you too Lucy!!!)

I love ya my friend.  WE ARE ALL IMPORTANT and you are right.  So many times, we let "us" go.  We don't take care of ourselves and that hurts.  We need to take care of "us".  If we don't, no one else will.  Have a great rest of the day!
