Hi,
There is a very good support group in Fairbanks that I attend. It is the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of everymonth at 7pm. Leader is Sandy Campbell who has been trained by Alvarado Medical Center for the position. A very positive group, one which tries to stay on track and teaches accountability. They want every one to reach and maintain their goal. I hope that helps.
