I need help. I need some words of encouragement. My surgery was 6/1/05 and I lost almost 100 pounds. I am still 40 from my goal and I have "fallen off the wagon". I have gained back almost 20 pounds and can't seem to get back on track. If there is anyone out there that has gone through this and turned it around please tell me what you did. I am freaking out

I was looking at message board about an hour ago, then I went to make dinner and came back to it and oh my god it has changed, not that I wasn't aware that it was going to change it is just I am not really a computer wiz and this may take some time to figure out. Let's do a clothing exchange in Lexington! You bring yours & I'll bring mine. Let's make this a big thing!! I am bringing my extra clothes to Lexington. Everything from size 2x & 18-20 to size 10's.
