Just realized a few people are actually talking on here so I thought I would say hello. I'm usually on a different board in OH. When I came here I didn't see anyone here. Nice to see some Alaskans! :)

I agree that we could do much better with our state forum. It is so difficult living in the AK interior we are so far removed from everyone. This seems like a logical and valuable resource that is being untapped. I'll mention this at my next support group meeting.

we ended up joining the Alaska gym. I went in and did a tour and gave them my information. At that time they really didn't offer us much of a deal but they called several times after that offering us other deals. I joined when they called with an offer for one month free and 20 free childcare visits. It pays to wait for the deal you want I guess. www.thealaskaclub.com
