DID ANYONE HAVE TO GET PRIOR APPROVAL FOR

Hello did anyone have to get prior approval for the first step in getting an appointment with your bariatric evaluation steps. I have never had to get any prior appovals for doctors .It's been 2 weeks I am calling again . Cause I don't understand. Any help out there. Thanks, gayle

You would need a referral not approval. What insurance do you have?
