Doesn't it feel good to pass up!!!!

Hello TMB, I was chatting with my Mom thru e-mail this morning and she brought up a good point so I thought I would throw it out there. This is what Mom said to me - I just bet you are having a good time watching everybody at work pig out on all the goodies while you resist! My response was "I have turned down so many things this week and it just feels great. I don't even bat an eye about missing out on all that stuff. When I look in the mirror I realize that all that sugar is not worth what I am receiving now". I hope you all have a great Holiday. Debbie 306/200/175
