Hello all, I am down 25 pounds already and I am very thankful. That is about a pound per day. I am still very nauseated. I have a hard time holding my meals down. As I am reading about WLS, I hear that this is normal. Perhaps so, but it sure makes me tired. I have to push myself to do anything. It does seem to help to get out of the house. Does anyone have suggestions? I have spoken to my doctor and they just let me know that what I am going through is normal. He always asks other questions to make sure that I am not having some kind of other complication. Any positive input would be so welcome. Thanks, Laura v

I am sorry to hear how terrible you are feeling, but it is good to hear that you have such a positive "side effect" w/ a great loss so far. What procedure did you have,. I had the rny/micropouch and it was done laproscopically, so I can't say that I know what you are going through. I was feeling wonderful in a couple days, and have never experienced the nausea. I just wanted to let you know that there are many of out here that will keep cheering for you. Just follow all the recommendations, and heal up and enjoy your life... A friend from Michigan
