Help?

Hi all,  I'm doing all my pre-op hype for lap banding, hopefully by the middle of next month, and I can't seem to find anyone that is willing to do my Psych Eval in Fairbanks!!  Are there any other TriCare insured persons here that have an idea  who might be helpful?  The only one I can find so far is Hope Counseling, but they told me that they do an initial visit, several counseling sessions, testing, several more sessions, then submit.  Oh and TriCare doesn't typically cover all of the testing they require!!  Yikes!  I'd appreciate any help you could offer!!
